My Name is MacKenzie Bly by Lissa Evans is a witty, sharply observed novel that follows a distinctive voice through family, identity, and the awkward, often funny business of growing up. With warmth and irony, Evans creates a story that is both entertaining and emotionally grounded.
Readers who enjoy character-driven fiction will find plenty to appreciate here: memorable relationships, a strong sense of place, and a smart balance of humour and heart. It is a rewarding choice for anyone looking for a novel with personality, depth, and an engaging narrative pull.
